Flexible, cost-effective hiring support — without the agency overhead. Ideal for businesses expecting at least 6 hires over 6 months. Giving you consistent, scalable recruitment support.

  • £2,000 per month – includes up to 6 hires across 6 months

  • Additional hires during the 6-month term: £1,500 per hire

  • Dedicated recruitment consultant who learns your business

  • Talent pipeline building, advert writing, and shortlisting

  • Weekly progress reports and candidate updates

  • Interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding handover

  • Scalable as your business grows

  • Minimum 6-month term
