Nicole founded FRS-UK in 2001 to offer cost-effective, high-quality recruitment support to organisations of all sizes. With over 15 years of experience across the construction, engineering, property management, and security sectors, she has built a reputation for delivering practical, results-driven recruitment solutions.

In addition to her recruitment expertise, Nicole has held roles in HR management and as an HR Business Partner. She holds a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, an Advanced Award in Employment Law in Practice, and is currently working towards her CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.
