Telesales Executive

We have a fantastic opportunity for a B2B Sales Executive. You will be part of a brand-new team, and part of an exciting new incentive for the business as they move forward with their continued growth plans.

The role will include making outbound calls and online communication to generate qualified leads by way of appointments and achieving direct sales based on regional intelligence data, along with monitoring and filtering all website / web chat enquiries and liaising with the wider team to action any leads.

Key Experience Required:

  • Experience of generating outbound communication across multiple channels including phone, email and LinkedIn.

  • Experience of working in a telesales or call centre environment.

  • Proven success in a telesales role and proven to exceed targets.

  • Proven ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.

  • Experience of B2B sales is an advantage.

  • Able to demonstrate flexibility to achieve KPIs and targets.

  • Strong communication skills are essential.

  • Good IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

  • Diligent with excellent attention to detail.

  • Able to stay calm under pressure.

  • Self-starting and highly motivated.

  • Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.


The role will be based in our Northwest offices. Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £25k basic, OTE £70k achieved through commission, completed appointments and a discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday + a day off for your birthday.
