HSQE Administrator / Coordinator

FRS-UK are working with a £multimillion turnover construction company who are actively recruiting for a HSQE Administrator/Coordinator to join their Health & Safety Team.

As the HSQE Administrator/Coordinator you will be required to provide efficient and professional on-site administration support to the HSQE Manager/Advisor and wider project team to ensure all health & safety documentation is completed, compliant and registered, while promoting a positive Health & Safety culture.
Key responsibilities:

Providing administration support to the HSQE Manager and wider project team

Assist with producing accurate reports as required by the site team (i.e., monthly stats report, H&S monitoring trends, KPIs reports etc.)

Maintain and update information and records such as site registers, Toolbox Talks etc.

Preparing new project health and safety files and associated documentation
-
Ensure that all office systems and procedures are maintained efficiently and effectively.

Typing up of all SOP amendments, controlled documentation, Safety Alerts

Ensure that all Health and Safety KPIS are completed and updated every month.

Ordering of all H&S documentation; Safety Obs cards, PTW
-
Log and record any accidents incidents and or findings as communicated by the HSQE Team

Attending key meetings, taking and producing minutes/actions as required

Ensuring accident investigation information is correctly filed and maintained

Ensuring the completion of site health and safety inductions, either online on on-site
-
Collating and processing team and subcontractor certificates and documents in accordance with company procedures
You may be requested to undertake other appropriate, ad-hoc duties by the HSQE Director or other team members/managers/Directors within your knowledge, experience and ability.

Key Experience/Qualifications:

Excellent level of proficiency with MS Office programs

Excellent attention to detail

Self–disciplined, with strong time management skills

Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Excellent and demonstratable verbal and written communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge/experience of document control would be beneficial although not essential
-
An interest in Health and Safety would be beneficial although not essential
-
Full UK Driving Licence
Due to the nature of the role, you must be happy to travel and stay away from home if required.

The role would suit someone who has experience in site administration or document control or someone who is keen to start-out or move in to Health & Safety.
