Electrical Supervisor

FRS-UK are actively recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor/Site Manager to join a well-known and respected M&E Contractor. This role would be to cover projects across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Reporting to and working with the Contracts Manager

• Responsible for the supervision and quality of the day-to-day work of the subcontractors on site, working with the subcontract site supervisor to ensure all works are completed to a high standard and delivered on time

• Assist and advise on work progress, monitor, and manage performance,

• Carry out work to a high standard in in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation / legislation and company guidelines

• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is prepared and submitted to the management team and client in a timely manner

• Organising work schedules and maintaining worker timesheets

• Delivering toolbox talks

• Rams

• Liaise directly with clients, attending site visits/meetings when required

• Ensure Health & Safety polities are adhered to

• Produce improvement plans (where required)

Key skills and experience

• Previous and proven supervisory / managerial experience

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a working electrician

• SSSTS, ECS/JIB Gold Electrical Supervisor

• Electrical trade background (beneficial)

• 18th Edition

Salary: £50,000.00 - £55,000 per year
